Robyn Davis, CMP, CITP
Founder & CEO
Robyn Davis, CMP, CITP is a 20 year + veteran incentive travel and meeting planner. She has held industry roles including Director of Youth Activities, hotel Sales Manager, Account Coordinator, Account Manager, and now CEO. Corporate Incentive trips planned and operated by Robyn won both the SITE (Society for Incentive Travel Excellence) Crystal award and the Incentive Marketing Association Circle of Excellence award. Robyn is one of only a few hundred professionals worldwide to hold the designation of Certified Incentive Travel Professional (CITP). She also holds the widely known Certified Meeting Planner (CMP) designation.
In 2017, Robyn’s dream came true and the WBENC woman owned company, Global Eventures, was born. Since its inception, Robyn and her team have planned hundreds of vacations and corporate events worldwide. Robyn is known for her creativity, innovation, expertise, attention to detail, tireless work ethic, and her drive to exceed her clients’ expectations. Her philosophy is that there is always a solution, and the easy way is not always the best way. "It's ALL about the details!"
Currently, Robyn has the honor of serving as VP of Events on the Board of Directors for the Southeast chapter of SITE (the Society of Incentive Travel Excellence). In this role, Robyn is responsible for overseeing the planning of 4 yearly high-level events and conferences. SITE is a global association and Robyn's involvement fosters global relationships that ultimately benefit her clients.
Robyn takes every opportunity to share her passion for travel with her husband and two beautiful children, taking worldwide vacations whenever possible. When she is not working or traveling, you can find her in her craft room creating on her embroidery and Cricut machines.
Kris Arnheim
Manager, Leisure Travel
Kris Arnheim has been working in the travel industry since 2000 when she began her career in Sales at the Hyatt Regency Indianapolis. She went on to hold various positions with Hyatt Hotels and Resorts and Starwood Hotels and Resorts including increasing revenues at properties in Chicago, IL, Fort Lauderdale, FL and the Bohemian Islands.
Born and raised in Indiana, she attended Butler University where she earned a BA in Communications with a specialization in Public Relations and Advertising. Kris has always had the bug to travel and loves to help people plan perfect, unique vacations.
When not in the office, you will find Kris planning her next vacation, hanging with her family and friends, or deep into a house project or renovation. She resides in Phoenix, MD with her husband, Dustin, and three children, Dylan, Cooper, & Claire. Kris is a Girl Scout Troop Leader for her daughter’s Daisy Troop and a volunteer for several community organizations.

Matthew Davis
Vice President, Chief Technology Officer
Matt's career in Information Technology spans almost three decades. Having held high profile roles at companies such as AT&T and Cox Communications, he brings to the team expertise in technology and analytics at the highest level. When not at his computer, Matt enjoys watching football (Georgia Tech and the Falcons), baseball (The Atlanta Braves), TRAVEL and spending time with his family.
Ann Montano, Travel Specialist
Ann Montano has over 15 years of experience in the customer service industry and has always had a passion for travel. After graduating from Montclair State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Music, she moved to Georgia to start her business as a Piano and Vocal Coach.
When not with her students she is always planning her next vacation, which is why becoming a Travel Advisor was the perfect opportunity for her to help others plan their next extraordinary vacation. Her favorite travel destinations so far have been Iceland and Puerto Rico.
Ann is currently studying LGBTQ travel and understands the importance of providing a safe, fun, and memorable experience for every family. During her time off, you can find Ann ‘glamping’ in the North Georgia mountains with her wife Angie and their dog Nelly.
Crystal Iott, Travel Specialist
Crystal has over 15 years of experience working in the hospitality industry, beginning her career at golf courses and country clubs. After graduating from Michigan State University with a Hospitality Business Degree, she gravitated toward the hotel industry where she began her sales profession. She went on to hold various positions within Hilton and Hyatt brands and excelled as a Sales Director for Hyatt Place Ann Arbor.
Crystal always held a special place in her heart for traveling and discovering the “hidden gems” within every destination she visits. This is the reason she moved out of hotels to direct her focus on being a Travel Advisor. With her main focus being the Caribbean and unique / romantic destinations, she chose to specialize in Honeymoon / Luxury travel.
In her free time, you will find Crystal on the golf course, in a yoga class, or diving into another artistic project for her house!
Pamela Shepherd, CITP, CTA, CIS, CHSC
Travel Specialist
Shepherd has had more than 30 years of experience in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Events) arena. She was most recently the National Director for Hotel Sales for the Los Angeles Tourism & Convention Board. She has also been a Director of National Accounts for the award-winning incentive house USMotivation and is the CEO and Founder of a multi – destination representation firm, Distinctive Destinations Inc. Her career has also included a vast variety of destination-specific experience with Omni Hotels, Wyndham Hotels, Amway Hotel Corporation (AHC+ Hospitality), Peter Island Resort & Yacht Harbor, and the Aruba Convention Bureau.
Among many prestigious industry affiliations, associations, licenses and certifications, Shepherd recently completed her tenure on the SITE (Society for Incentive Travel Excellence) Southeast Board of Directors as the President as well as a three-year term on the SITE International Board of Directors. Ms. Shepherd has been involved with the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA) since 2002 and was President of the Southeast Chapter in 2006. She is also Past President (two-year term) for the Georgia Chapter of Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association (HSMAI – GA). She has been an active member and board leader in the Georgia Meeting Professionals International (MPI- GA) organization since 1997 (overall member since 1988).
She is a graduate of the University of Illinois with a bachelor’s degree in Advertising, a member of the Alpha Chi Omega sorority, and was a proud Big 10 Cheerleader while on campus. She lives with her husband Mark in Seneca, SC and has 2 sons who are proud Ole Miss Rebel graduates. In her spare time, she enjoys college sports, DIY crafts and her Orangetheory gym workouts.
Jennifer Lanier
Travel Advisor
Jennifer has over 15 years of experience planning group travel programs, incentive trips and corporate meetings. Having worked with groups ranging from 10 to 800, there is no task too big or request too small. She loves to share her vast knowledge of destinations and travel tips with everyone! Jennifer has been passionate about travel most of her life. She loves exploring new destinations and finding local hang outs. While she loves being an American, she believes that you get a much better view of the world and all it has to offer when looking at it from outside of the United States. Some of her favorite destinations are Europe, Mexico, South Africa, Alaska, Hawaii and the Caribbean. But she's always interested in learning about a new location and attempts to visit somewhere new every year. She loves to pair people with a destination that matches their personality and travel goals, and believes there is definitely a difference between a vacation and a trip. Let Jennifer take away all the stress of planning your next getaway! Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of LaVerne, and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Reinhardt University. She is married with a son in college. One of her proudest moments is realizing that she passed along the travel bug to her husband and son.
